Dyan DeCastro is a certified Level Three Essentrics instructor and certified personal trainer. She works directly with Montreal headquarters and as part of their Mentorship Program she grades and evaluates new instructors for certification. In 2009, she discovered Essentrics, which combined her passion for fitness, music and movement. She is now dedicated to teaching others how to rebalance, tone and strengthen their bodies through Essentrics^®.

Dyan believes this program is for everyone, no matter the age, flexibility or exercise level. Her intention is to help students become stronger, healthier and more energized so that they may enjoy all their favorite physical activities.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication from Kent State University Dyan worked in publishing and advertising agencies. She now teaches Essentrics classes at several locations in Fairfield County and also works with clients privately.
